The Cult bringing the love back to Australia

Cult British rock band, err...The Cult, are returning to Australia for the first time in 15 years to perform their most famous album in full.

In a Don't Look Back-style arrangment, The Cult will perform the entirity of their 1985 record Love when they tour Australia this May. Featuring singles like She Sells Sanctuary and Rain, Love was the album that broke The Cult into the British mainstream whereupon they changed their moodier post-punk stylings for harder rock inclinations. This kind of thing is now known as "selling out". Back then though it was all the rage. Come see what all the fuss is about.

The Cult play Thebarton Theatre on Mon May 10. Tickets on sale through Venuetix on Fri Mar 19.

According to Moshtix, ticket scalping needs to be better monitored but artists want bums on seats.
