Renowned party DJ Alison Wonderland has just offered up her first original single, Get Ready as well as announcing a lengthy national tour.
Get Ready is proving to be as much of an instruction as it is an introduction to her new endeavour into creating original music. The track also features Blue Mountain rap duo Fishing and shows off Wonderland’s proficiency as a producer and a DJ – cementing that she made the right decision to trade in the bass and cello of which she is classically trained for headphones and turntables.
The tour will see Wonderland make appearances at party hotspots around the country, including some regional dates as well. Many who would be familiar with Wonderland’s high energy party sets at festivals across the country – including the Falls Festival, Splendour In The Grass and Groovin’ The Moo – and can vouch for the way that Wonderland can mix music of all genres and tastes into a catchy dance set.
If Get Ready is anything to go by, her original material will be just as crowd engaging. Take a listen below.
