OutKast member and solo rapper Big Boi has confirmed via Twitter that he’ll be returning to Australia for a tour in July next year, prompting rumours that he could be featured on the 2013 Splendour In The Grass line-up.
The rapper, known for charting tunes like Shutterbugg and Follow Us, revealed that he would be jetting down in winter next year in a Twitter conversation with Theophilius London, who supported him on his last Australian tour. Check out the exchange below.
Big Boi released his second solo album Vicious Lies And Dangerous Rumours this year as a follow-up to 2010’s commercially successful Sir Lucious Left Food: The Son Of Chico Dusty. He also recently took the time to record a charming Christmas message and storybook session for his fans, which you can watch below.
