Romanthony, The Voice Of Daft Punk’s ‘One More Time’, Dies Aged 45

The voice behind one of the most influential dance tracks of the noughties, Romanthony, has passed away aged 45 in his home in Austin, Texas.
Romanthony, AKA New Jersey producer Anthony Moore, was perhaps best known for providing the vocals on Daft Punk’s 2000 hit One More Time. He also made an appearance on Too Long, another tune off their mega-successful record Discovery and released four solo albums before sadly dying of kidney disease earlier this month.
The news was first revealed via Chicago’s 5 Magazine following a Facebook post from Moore’s sister Mellony confirming his passing. “Thank u [sic] for your calls and prayers my brother was a musical genius,” she wrote.
Rest in peace. One more time…
