If you’re into sustainable practices when it comes to your clothing and art then B GOODS Label’s Open Studio launch will be the perfect Friday treat for you.
If you haven’t heard of B GOODS Label before, they operate an online store which places emphasis on nature, the environment and the use of natural materials. Think gorgeous two pieces for the summer but made from 100% hemp. They also planted a native tree for every online sale the other week.

While they’ve been operating online for a year now, creative director Anny Duff wanted to have a workshop-type physical space for like-minded designers to come together and be able to create and showcase their work. It aims to be a place where designers and artists who focus on sustainability can be facilitated and celebrated.
The studio just off Sturt Street will be converted into a mixture of a retail and gallery space to coincide with the online store’s first birthday. Food and drinks are be being generously provided by local friends: Wild Fox Organic Wines, Wilde Gluten Free Beer and Remy & Violette.
So head on down if you’re someone who shares this ethos or if you’re after some gorgeous pieces of clothing that are also super friendly on our environment.
