CUSTOM: The Mill Residents Exhibition and night market

Words by December 3, 2014

Adelaide’s brightest arts collective – The Mill – is hosting its annual end of year party/night market this Thursday, December 4.

The residents will celebrate their successes by drawing together all the creative talents at their fingertips and producing CUSTOM, a one-night artistic extravaganza.

Limited edition prints, paintings and photographs will be for sale, along with Millicent Elizabeth fashion, Arm & Crosscheck accessories and Wholegrain furniture.

Naomi Murrell will be celebrating the release of her new collection – Chase The Sun – the jewellery and clothing of which will soon be available at her flagship store.

Giving the boot to standard photobooths is the Analogue Laboratory – who work with traditional photographic techniques, and host workshops to share their skills. At CUSTOM, the Lab will be providing a ‘tintype photobooth’ for some very special portraiture at a discounted Christmas price.

With the help of Fox Creek Wines, The Mill will be opening a bar for the night, and ridiculously overloaded cheese toasties from Cheesy Street will be on offer as well.

For your ear treats, Web D will be DJing and there’ll be a dance film showing.

CUSTOM begins at 6pm at The Mill, 154 Angas St.
