Finders Keepers head designer and Adelaide local, Kate Anderson has made it to top three finalists in her category of the 2014 Cosmopolitan Fun Fearless Female Awards.

We were excited to report last month that she had been nominated for the awards, going up against nine other talented females in the Fashion Designer category and 80 strong Australian female figures overall. After the initial round of voting, Kate has made it into the finals and has the chance of taking home the title of Woman of the Year.

The team at Australian Fashion Labels and BNKR hosted a little soiree in the designer’s honour last night where guests celebrated Kate and Adelaide fashion in general, alongside a flowing supply of wine provided by Alpha Box & Dice.

“It’s really flattering to be nominated and for Finders Keepers to be recognised on a national scale when everything in Adelaide seems so far removed from the fashion scene is also great,” Kate said.

Cameo’s former head designer, Kathryn Forth is a previous winner of the Fashion Designer category, so it would be an amazing achievement for Aus Fashion to be nationally recognised again.
