It’s incredible to think how young creative minds get started these days and it’s all happening in our own backyard. This time it’s Adelaide teenager Jesse Romeo who’s set to release his own streetwear line Remacy Clothing Co.
At just 15 years of age, Romeo has designed and developed a strong brand that he hopes will appeal to the masses.
“I’ve always been interested in men’s fashion and clothes, always wearing the latest trends and clothing labels and I had made a few tie-dyed t shirts for my mates,” he said. “More and more started asking and eventually I decided to create my own label.”
Despite the strong interest in men’s fashion, the t-shirts in the range will be unisex – so ladies, you won’t be missing out either. The teen talent is hoping that the range will appeal to anyone with an interest in streetwear and supporting the local industry.
Of his line, he promises quality handmade printed and dyed pieces of clothing. The range will start off with six printed t-shirts but he’s also working on sweatshirts and headwear. He even has plans for a kids range once he releases his main line. Talk about creative and hard working young talent.
Remacy Clothing is set to be released in late March and will be available online and at Created Range in Regent Arcade.
