One of the wonderful consequences of John Cleese‘s financially ruinous divorce is that he’s been forced to tour seemingly non stop. He’s returning to Australia in 2016, joined by fellow septuagenarian Python Eric Idle. Their new show, John Cleese & Eric Idle: Together Again At Last… For The Very First Time, has just wrapped touring the US.

Cleese has said of the performances “no one show will be the same and all of them will annoy the Politically Correct.”

The duo will arrive in the antipodes in February, and promptly turn up at a city near you. Hopefully they buy new fruit in each state – because quarantine matters:
