Adelaide-based label Paolo Sebastian recently released their 2015 Autumn/Winter couture collection – a gorgeous range titled The Secret Garden.

It’s no fluke that head designer, Paul Vasileff’s designs have become recognised around the world. It comes down to raw talent and a purely creative mind, and with this newest collection, he has really outdone himself.

Using a very subtle colour palette and one appropriate for the cooler seasons, Vasileff has created a collection that stays true to his aesthetic but also something different from what we’ve seen before from him. But he is known for his statement gowns and this range doesn’t disappoint, delivering with many gorgeous ones but the dress of all dresses is the stunning blue illusion lace gown with cutout details.

The last couple of years have seen Vasileff dress many national media personalities and celebrities for events like the Brownlows, the Logies and the AACTAs. But the real achievement comes in dressing the likes of Giuliana Rancic and other E! News identities for American red carpet events, putting his amazing designs – and a good reputation for Australian designers – on to an international stage.
